Ralph and Melinda have planted two churches in Central Florida. They have 4 adult children.
Melinda is currently a manager at Disney. She also led the staff team for Capital Community Church in Beijing China for four years.
Ralph is currently the senior pastor at Crossroads Impact Church. He has been in vocational ministry for 27 years having worked with FCA and several churches.
Ralph played professional golf for 9 years and taught golf in Beijing for four years.
